Your safety is are our number one priority and we do everything we can to ensure that your journey is as safe as possible.

Snow Express is the trading name for Euro City Express Ltd. We have over 20 years experience in the coaching industry and our specialist knowledge is key to delivering a safe service. We hold an International Coach Operators Licence issued by VOSA in the UK and in addition we hold an International Route Authorisation issued by both the UK and French transport departments.

We comply with regulations relating to driver hours and rest times and driver hour records are vigorously checked. Over the course of the journey we use three different drivers (one in the UK and two in France) to ensure that your driver is always fresh and alert. We choose drivers with extensive training and experience driving in winter conditions. All of our drivers undergo regular training and possess an International Driver Certificate of Professional Competence.

We only use vehicles sourced from operators holding a full international Coach Operators Licence. All the vehicles we use are subject to regular and stringent maintenance checks and audits. Our vehicles are equipped with winter tyres, winter safety equipment, seat belts and satellite tracking.
