Yes there is parking at Stop 24 Service Area located at Junction 11 on the M20. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket machine inside the service area. Parking costs are £10 per day. More information on parking at Stop 24 can be found on their website at http://www.stop24.co.uk
Yes there is an NCP multi story car park located behind Victoria Coach Station at Semley Place. Parking here is quite expensive and is not recommended.
There is a drop off and pick up at the Colonnades Coach Station in Bullied Way on the left hand side opposite the coach stops. There is no charge after 6pm on weekday or at anytime at weekends.
Yes you can and the higher of the two fares are charged. Please contact us if you wish to book a journey and we will make the booking for you.
Yes, simply select the option to purchase a ticket from France when making a journey enquiry.
We do have a generous luggage allowance which should be more than enough for a typical weeks ski/snowboard holiday. You can find more details of our luggage allowances on our website at http://www.snowexpress.co.uk/luggage.php
Yes we will make stops throughout the journey but they are usually short breaks to change over drivers. We make a longer stop in the morning at a service area for passengers to get something to eat and stretch legs.
No we do not stop at a supermarket to go shopping.
We generally use the ferry as this suits the majority of our customers. However we will occasionally use the Tunnel. This may change for operational reasons and can't be guaranteed.
No, we do recommend that all passengers have suitable travel insurance to cover their travel and holiday requirements.
