Travel Guarantee

We will refund your trip if it has to be canceled due to Covid related lockdowns.

If either the UK or French governments prohibit travel, we will cancel and refund your trip.  

After France's initial lockdown in March 2020, we refunded all of our customers who were due to travel in the following weeks, as well as repatriating hundreds of customers and brought back many others without ramping our prices up to extortionate levels as the airlines and EuroStar did. We will always operate with the best interests of our customers in mind.

We will not issue vouchers for forced cancellations, instead we will issue refunds minus £10 per person to cover our fees from the banks (we have to pay fees on both money in and money out).

Travel restrictions and entry requirements

From 1 August 2022, all COVID-19 travel restrictions for travellers to France have been lifted. The rules that previous applied to travellers coming to France no longer apply:

  • you are no longer required to present proof of vaccination
  • you are no longer required to fill out any forms prior to your arrival in France, such as a justification for travel or a sworn statement
  • you are no longer required to show proof of a negative PCR or antigen test upon arrival in France

Please note that the below is only our interpretation of the rules; it is your responsibility to keep checking the UK FCDO to check you are complying with the correct rules. We will try to notify you within due time of any changes but this cannot be guaranteed.
